• Christopher Pike is an industrial economist and graduate of Oxford University. He specialises in the transfer of business into new markets, and in optimising the location, case by case, for commercial, industrial or service companies. Through the experience of building company premises, he became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Since 2007, he has been managing partner of Business Location International, an advisory practice based in Belgium that has been active worldwide for over 50 years.

Richard Bourner is a distinguished technology executive and senior software engineer with more than 25 years of experience architecting mission-critical, high-performance infrastructure. He specializes in the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Decentralized Systems within enterprise environments.Richard initiated his career at CERN (the European Center for Nuclear Research) as a Low Latency Software Engineer, establishing a foundational expertise in complex, high-throughput computing.
