• Peter’s background is in international trade and banking. Located in both in the City of London and Bahrain’s offshore banking centre he has particular expertise in project [nance, government lending and merchant banking services, with clients in well over 70 countries. Additionally, he has run a number of non-pro[t organisations with emphasis on educational innovation, the social responsibilities of business, in- prison education and economic

reform, coordinated by the independent Centre for New Economic Studies he set up in the 1970s. He is a co-founder and Chief Executive CEO of  BIG (Buckingham Industrial Group).

• Christopher Pike is an industrial economist and graduate of Oxford University. He specialises in the transfer of business into new markets, and in optimising the location, case by case, for commercial, industrial or service companies. Through the experience of building company premises, he became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Since 2007, he has been managing partner of Business Location International, an advisory practice based in Belgium that has been active worldwide for over 50 years.

• Richard is an innovative software engineer who specializes in the domains of Arti[cial Intelligence,Blockchain, and Decentralized Systems.
•  His foundational experience with CERN paved the way for his transition into the development of infrastructure, reporting, risk management, and trading platforms.
•  He has contributed to various high-pro[le banking institutions, including UBS, Santander, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, and the London Clearing House, among others. Richard’s expertise in platform engineering culminated in the creation of a transformative decentralised platform that tokenizes physical assets using the Algorand platform (https://algorand.com). Algorand builds technology that accelerates the convergence between decentralized & traditional [nance by enabling the simple creation of next generation [nancial products, protocols, etc.
• With his in-depth understanding and keen foresight in advanced technology trends, Richard ensures that BIG ( Buckingham Industrial Group) remains on the cutting edge of technological innovation.

• Jonothon is CEO Consultant for Jelly[sh Europe, a US provider of Business Intelligence Services, with focus on projects centred on the Middle East, and the UK representative for the Pave the Way Organisation, which is an ecumenical network headquartered in Rome.

• Sir Christopher Evans is a Welsh professor, scientist and biotechnology entrepreneur. He is known for founding and co-founding numerous successful biotech companies in the United Kingdom. Since the 1980s, Sir Christopher has launched and supported more than 50 companies in the biotechnology and life-sciences sector, including 20 listed on six different stock markets.

H.E. Noureddine Hargam is a senior diplomat and executive with deep roots in African geopolitics and business. Formerly Tunisia’s Secretary of State for Maghreb, Arab, and African Affairs, he currently serves as Ambassador at Large for Tanzania, focusing on agriculture, gold, and cobalt mining.

His career bridges diplomacy and high-stakes commerce, beginning in the Antwerp diamond trade and advancing to advisory roles for multiple African heads of state. Notably, he served as Advisor for Investments and Petrol to President Pascal Lissouba of Congo-Brazzaville and later as Advisor to the Office of the President of the DRC for Finance and Mining. Leveraging a 30-year relationship with the Tshisekedi family, he successfully led the election strategy for Félix Tshisekedi’s 2018 presidential victory. He has also held directorships in Luxembourg-based holding firms and maintains strong links to the US.

• Alfredo has held a number of a senior appointments with the Mexican Government, he enjoys ambassadorial status with a number of UN and US- associated agencies.
• He is the Trustee for a major South East Asian funds with a commitment to invest creatively in sustainable development projects wherever they are presented and [t within ethical guidelines under which his lending and investment foundations operate. He is currently based in Indonesia, with o_ces in London

John Balls is the Chairman of the North Devon Fishermen’s Association (NDFA), which represents fishermen from ports including Appledore, Bideford, Clovelly, and Ilfracombe. He operates out of Clovelly as a commercial fisherman and skipper, and also serves as the Vice Chairman of the National Federation of Fishermen’s Organisations (NFFO) South West Committee.

Background & Key Activities

• Industry Leadership: With a background as a Master Mariner and an RNLI Coxswain, John Balls represents small-scale and inshore fishermen at local, regional, and national levels. 
• Conservation & Sustainability: Under his leadership, the NDFA works closely with organizations like the North Devon UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve to implement voluntary conservation measures. This includes supporting local lobster hatcheries and adopting sustainable fishing practices. 
• Advocacy: Balls has been a prominent voice on issues affecting the industry, such as quota allocations, floating wind farms in the Celtic Sea, and the recruitment and training of the next generation of fishermen.
